Founded in Azerbaijan in 2015, Falcon Luxury Travel brings international experience in group travel, education, sport and events to its new UK operation.

Our story
Falcon Luxury Travel began its journey in Azerbaijan in 2015. Since then, we have worked with travellers, corporate clients and international groups across destinations including the UAE, Türkiye, Russia, Montenegro, Georgia and Kazakhstan, coordinating leisure journeys, group programmes and events.
Over the past three to four years, our work has increasingly focused on events, educational and summer camps, football camps and MICE groups. This progression has brought travel planning and event operations together: accommodation, transport, venues, programme schedules and on-site coordination, planned around the needs of each group.
We are now entering a new stage with the launch of our UK operation. Our purpose is to bring education, sports and leisure groups to the United Kingdom, alongside corporate meetings, incentives, conferences and events. We combine the experience gained across international destinations with a personal approach to every UK brief.

Programmes for schools, students and youth groups, combining language learning, campus experiences, cultural discovery and recreation. We plan around age, learning goals and the practical needs of group leaders.

These projects form part of Falcon’s international track record and inform our approach to UK group travel and events.
A football camp held from 5–12 July 2024, connecting young players with professional training and academy facilities. Our camp experience also includes Dinamo Tbilisi Academy in Georgia.
Travel and event operations for the Middle East Controllers and Pilots Cup, including the 2025 edition in Tbilisi, with venue coordination, team accommodation, transport and on-site support.
A programme for corporate agencies and MICE groups from 22–26 January 2025, combining business meetings, networking and travel experiences with event planning and logistics.
International travel arrangements for official guests attending events and programmes held as part of Azerbaijan’s COP29 Presidency, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers and ground transport.
Our approach
Our work across Azerbaijan, the Caucasus, the GCC and other international markets has taught us that successful group travel starts with understanding people. Cultural preferences, dining requirements, group dynamics and the purpose of the journey all belong in the planning brief.
For the UK, our aim is simple: create well-organised education, sports and leisure programmes that give partners and group leaders a clear plan and travellers a rewarding experience.
